Fall is here! Although it’s beautiful but it lasts a very little while in Islamabad. Since it’s the end of many months of scorching summer, I love to be outdoors, amongst the fallen colourful leaves, to welcome this season.

Fall also brings in the excitement for me to wear and experiment with many other fabrics. I feel no more restricted to those airy summer materials.

Here for the first time in many months, I’m enjoying wearing chiffon. This delicately stitched and embellished top is from ‘au couture’. It’s perfect for a day or evening engagement. Pretty pearls sewn to perfection in the sleeves and fancy fur detailing in the neckline makes this outfit absolutely elegant to wear.

 

Keeping in mind, the upcoming seasons, I paired this outfit with bright candy pink Gucci heeled pumps and clutch. This warms up the whole look.

Another fall favourite which I wanted to try was the ‘colour block makeup’. I tried it on my eyes, using only one sea greenish turquoise sparkly shadow by Kiko . It was easy to create and utterly delightful. No crease colours, no hassle of blending different colours into each other and no harsh lines. Just sweep one colour n blend the edges. I didn’t even feel the need to apply an eye liner on the upper lid! This makeup trend is one I’m thrilled to have tried and will definitely experiment it with various other colours too.
