How many of you, face the pressure of getting ready in a jiffy while on a holiday? Well, I do. And that pressure got me into discovering a makeup technique which wasn’t known to me. Although, now that I surf the search engines, it comes to my knowledge that it has been a known fact by many makeup artists. So, if you crave that glowing skin, more like a new born baby’s cheeks (I’d rather not say the other), grab some oil and apply it on a bare face before makeup. Enjoy that ever so desired radiance and the perfect surge of moisture on your skin.

 

This all happened when one day I decided that I could not make time to hydrate my skin. That is to use a good moisturiser first of all. Let it sit and settle. Prime with a great hydrating primer. And then finally apply my foundation. This all accompanied with my boys and husband in my hotel room staring at me to get going and explore the new city we were in. To my impulse I grabbed the Bio Oil pressed it into my face, applied the Kat Von D foundation, and stood there mesmerised (wasting more time) staring at the fresh looking skin I had created with these two products. This then became my holy grail during those holidays. I got compliments for the flawless glowing skin like I had never gotten before. It felt as if the glow was pouring out from within the skin. I was in disbelief myself. It was like applying a daydream.
